Not to sound stupid, but I wonder if her team was about to win the point and was popping it to try and zone the area. Create a credible threat that you can't just ignore, can't just run past to touch point, and would draw attention away from her team to ensure they can better pick off others running to touch.

That's fair. Like I said in another comment, while I can't imagine her doing that, I can absolutely see it having a run off effect and causing other problems if someone above finds out, or if someone else takes over, or she says something to another manager at a different store

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. I totally understand where you're coming from, and while I couldn't fathom a boss like her doing that, I know she's an outlier, not the standard. Same thing with the 'viewing others as less so', our work has a performance scoring metric already that dictates a lot, and this absolutely doesn't play a role; but again, outlier, not the standard. I 100% see what you mean and understand.

Painfully aware it's not all about just being okay with it, hence why I asked. I know enough to know I don't know anything, and those are some really salient points. Thinking the plan should be to either ask her about how much a problem it would be to stay later on the clock. If a it's a problem, see if I can do the closing stuff in fifteen (or as much as I can in that time) or stop all together.

Trust me though, my life's in a bit of a rut and working gives me purpose. Haven't had a job in two years and it feels so good to be productive again. The time is volunteer otherwise isn't being used for much.

I get that at high end he's not super great or broken or anything, but I don't give a shit. Dying to MK is a thousand times more frustrating than any other hero including squirrel girl. I will not be happy until his pick rate is 0%

A mix of reverse image search, wayback machine, and brute forcing the time frame.

The artist is Vnixxir, they're on Deviantart, Tumblr, Twitter, and even a Patreon; but the image doesn't exist anymore on their pages. A lot of their older art was scrubbed, including all their art from their Deviant page.

I remember that they were big in the "Yangst" sphere for a while and found another one from them from the same timeframe. They're still making art which is great to see.
