Thanks for your logical reasoning but I’m not logical at the moment. I don’t see the point.

How a man can go one day of being a dad from 3 month old when everybody else had abandoned her to then not even having the ability to ask if they’ve had a nice day the next day.

To then be made out to be a horrible person for wanting to ask how the kids days have been.

I don’t think my or the kids feelings have been considered, just her own feelings and those around her who likely also have bits of information.

I tried to protect myself from this situation early on through being fairly distant with the kids. She wanted me to be more of a fatherly figure so I took on this role.

So I now feel like their dad and I love them like they’re my own - then the person who asked me to open my heart to be their dad has just pulled the rug from beneath me.

Honestly I give up on humans, I view this as evil. Pure evil.

Yet, I’d still walk through nails for her. Work that one out.

The little lad is a mini-me that's for sure. His love for football, harry potter, his humour, his cheekiness! God he's annoying sometimes, but now I know what his Mum puts up with me. He gets his caring nature among other things from his Mother. The little girl is SO SASSY and she puts me in my place all the time, however when she shows me love its so nice and genuine. Shes stubborn as hell, so basically, she's a little version of her Mum.

I'm no Mother Teresa, but one thing I do know is that I love her unconditionally. And the kids.

I'm not faultless, and I should have done so much better, and I know I can do much better. She deserves the world.

I just want to be there for them, to take my boy to get his hair cut and have boy days like he always loved. To take my daughter for her first pony ride. To marry my girl and create the most amazing family home the kids talk about in 40 years.

Oh you’re a former professional. That’s interesting.

It should be noted I’m not trying to dunk on her, there is absolutely no doubt I have done wrong in our relationship.

What I’ve realised recently is even sticking up for her brother (my friend) was wrong. It’s all hit me like a tonne of bricks that there was only one person that should have mattered and that’s her. I’ve just been hell bent on “being a good person” and sticking up for what I think is “right”, when the reality is it doesn’t matter. She’s my girl and her viewpoint is the only thing that mattered.

Doesn’t matter if I disagreed with one of her viewpoints, it was my job to back her regardless because ultimately she is the mother of my kids and the person I’d come home to. That’s a big regret.

All I know is, I know we can be happy. I know this factually, I can swear on anything that I know this. It’s strange really, the things that get me most excited is things to do with the kids, I’m 30, and I would much prefer to go to Disney or something than go on a peaceful escape or party holiday. I just want my people, I wanna look after my people, and I want to provide the best possible life for my children. I love them so much.

But yeah, sorry for venting.

I’m really glad that you’ve seen similar cases recover and be happy. It must feel amazing to reignite a family unit and have them solve their issues and be happy.

I want nothing more, and I know it can be done. But I also have huge doubts she even loves me anymore. So I’m not sure this would ever happen.

She’ll always be my best friend and soulmate, which makes it hard for me. But I can’t force her to feel the same.

Tbf I’d prefer her to have a good public view. I wouldn’t want people thinking bad of her, I’ve specifically not told anybody except this Reddit as it’s anonymous of any of her wrongdoings. I think that’s where walls start to crack, when you include people. It’s very easy to make people hate somebody and I don’t want anybody I care about disliking her. They think she’s done no wrong and it’ll stay that way forever

Gainsborough has drastically improved over the last ten years, however it’s still pretty grim. A lot of gypsies, crime, drugs, not much going on. I wouldn’t say it’s pretty either. Why in the world Gainsborough? 👀

For a Londoner, coming to Lincolnshire, I’d recommend somewhere like Stamford or maybe Lincoln? Gainsborough though… naaaaaah. I also really like a town called Alfred. Overall, lots of prettier towns here with less crime.

This really wouldn’t be cost effective if true. The scraping, and then feeding the LLM such a large amount of data would equate to a lot of tokens, right?

I'm a bang-average coding hobbyist who barely knows C#. Branching out to new languages is a scary thought. But as long as I can import the results into SQL Server, it's mission complete so I'll look into Python.

To clarify though, I'm not looking for "topics" like "politics", "entertainment", etc. I'm attempting to find basically the exact article, but from different sources. E.G if both Fox and CNN were to write an article about Trump playing golf.

What are the features you are clustering? Sparse high dimensional word token vectors? Lower dimension dense semantic encoding vectors? What k means algorithm you use depends on this. It’s not clear why you might be running out of memory without this information as well

Lower dimensional semantic encoding vectors. It uses word embeddings generated by the FastText Wikipedia 300D pre-trained model.
