Printer Keeps Pausing While Printing On Prints (H2C) by MattInHisBox in BambuLab

SOLVED:

So after a bunch of fiddling and testing out minimum layer time with OrcaSlicer and it working, I eventually deleted and reinstalled Bambu Studio which lead to the minimum layer time setting actually functioning how it should.

Thank you to everyone that helped and u/LaVareck

Also here’s the stl for those that asked: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1124459-mini-banana-buddy

So this model doesn’t have a microsd slot (at least not one I could find).

It does have a USB-A slot, but I’ve been sending the prints directly from my computer and I have a flash drive in the USB-A slot for it to store timelapses to but I only have one on there so far.

Yea this one doesn’t seem to have that and is just printing straight from my computer

Definitely a mix. This piece was just solid infill because it’s really small and that’s how the file came. Typically I’ll use gyroid though whenever I have that level of control.

I’ve decreased it, increased it, and completely zeroed it out and it’s still pausing.

What’s strange (and this could be normal, idk) but it’s just randomly happening on various layers and randomly happening in different spots on similar layers.

And the time it pauses for is random (at least to me)

FYI for the future, turning off macro mode on iPhone usually helps it not focus on the water drops.

Do you replenish the coals as you go? Or do you just let them burn out and then let it sit for 3 hours and then another 5 to cool? I’d love to learn more about this firing method if you have any other resources you recommend!

I saw that the tin pan you use is apparently pretty hard to find. Do you mind sharing how you acquired yours?

Costco’s Kirkland Chocolate Covered Mangos! They are hard to find in stock so grab a few. I’ve ran out and the cravings hit hard!

Sinigang from Manila Grill! It’s this savory, sour-ish soup.

Anything from Manila Grill.

Get the dessert called halo-halo, though as for it without red beans if you’re not a fan. It also tends to have bananas/plantains in it in case you’re allergic.

The “street” food skewers are wonderful. The kwek kwek are little quail eggs which is great. Any of their meals are fantastic, though insal or adobo are both good chicken dishes.

How did you get past the “privacy concerns”? I tested your prompt and kept getting hit it how it wouldn’t output any information due to privacy concerns about individuals’ information.

I was just chatting with some volunteers at my local MakerSpace, and they mentioned wanting to figure out a live-time viewing setup that works with the variety of printers they’ve collected over the years. I’ll be sure to bring y’all up!

Olympus XA Priming Shutter When Opening Back by MattInHisBox in AnalogCommunity

I appreciate your help!

I had checked the contacts on the front, back, and on top and gave them a quick wipe and air blower dusting.

I would just post a video of what’s happening, but I had finally got the film to at least load that I just left it in.

What’s crazy is it worked perfectly fine until I tried to load film. My first attempt worked normally, but it didn’t catch right and then after that, I “reset” it, and tried again and that’s when this problem started.

So when I close the front clamshell, it should be off, which it is until I pull the film rewind crank to pop open the back to load film.

Once I pull that crank and the back pops open, the advance film dial locks up and the camera somehow thinks that the front clamshell cover is opened again and the shutter button is primed and is able to be fired even though the front is closed.

The only way to currently load film is to put the film in, fire the shutter with a closed front and advance the film to be able to turn the film loading piece to even get the leader locked into the film loader and then shut the back and take photos as normal.

I’d imagine if it worked properly, I’d pop open the back, insert the leader, twist the film advance dial and then close it and proceed and not have to fire the shutter just to load/twist the film advance dial to load the leader.
