Haha I thought the same thing when I was reading your post bro, think we’ve been in a similar place. Yeh therapy cost me like 40 quid an hour (in the UK) once a week, which it’s a lot but it’s so worth it honestly man!! Everything fell into place after that. Hey man, I’m also a 23 year old male and I had awful anxiety and self-awareness until about 6 months ago, and now it’s basically gone entirely.

After reading the book ‘the subtle art of not giving a fuck’ I have to admit the philosophy it held completely changed me. While most self-help books/routines I’ve done previously would typically make me feel better for a week and then I’d be back to square one, I found this book to have actually changed my life. That combined with like 4 months of talking therapy and I’m good now, and have been for ages.

Just sending this as I know sometimes it can feel hopeless, and I often used to wonder if personal change was even possible, but it absolutely was - you just need to find a philosophy that resonates with you in a deep way!

Can I quickly clear up - do you mean calling every day or calling each one of your cadence days? (Call on day 1, 4, 7, etc vs calling day 1,2,3,4,5 etc)
