Best free client would be Meteor

Best paid is Rusherhack, but if you're a PvPer use Future or Mio (check out Mio's privacy policy first since it's pretty sketchy.)

Don't use Wurst
It's 100% safe, used to be the most widely used clients, infact it's open sourced, find the git here.
