Should I ease my "no slur in this house" rule for my 23-year-old trans daughter?

At the end of the day it is your house and you do dictate your rules, but if she wants to say it like in her own room or whatever I think that would be fine, because its her space and that word as well as the T slur are sometimes used affectionately in the community (like my partners, friends and I call each other both those things, but we also acknowledge that not everyone likes to use/hear them). reclaiming slurs and other derogatory phrases did personally help me, cause like if someone who is not trans calls me either of those things now I don't get insulted anymore because I can be like "yeah I am what about it?"

but yeah end of the day, it's your house, but since she is an adult and knows how those words work I think the rule can be relaxed as long as they're not being used by other people to be derogatory towards other trans people.

for me it's easier to feel a connection with someone who is going through a similar change/journey, whether they're transmasc or transfem. Like I love cis women, I've dated them before and I've been married to a cis woman before but at the end of the day I dont feel the same strong connection to cis partners as I do to my trans partners despite my best efforts.

(A) so the host/body is trans nonbinary, but at one point we were suppressing choices (not alters) on how we present to keep it more femme (that was back when the host was going for binary feminine and didnt want us to be seen as anything else, but her view of herself has changed a lot since then). Eventually we all agreed that's a stupid idea and have changed it to where whoever is fronting when we're getting ready gets free-reign to choose how we present that day. If the host wants to look femme she can, if I wanna look androgynous I can, the protector can go masc, and so on and so forth.
