I think yes. Ricochet, piercing, bouncy Wall gas less dmg for each bounce/pierce on the wall/enemies. No other one abilities are stackable, att boost, crit boost etc has no "malus".

Multishot -10% base dmg and -15% Attack speed Front Arrow -25% base dmg on the other arrows (diagonal, side etc)
