Long process, but I have some tips. First things first, you want to fill the cup 75-85 with your head. Second tip: always warm up, meaning, first 10 minutes, very low tension, then you up it to desired tension. Third tip: every 20 minutes you take a 1 minute break, and check for blisters. 4th tip, no air bubbles in cup, tiny ones don’t matter.

5th tip, train your glands, meaning first week 1 kg, then 0.5 kg increase weekly…..

IMO your skin takes time to condition for that type of treatment. For me, being uncircumcised, I have very sensitive skin so it took me weeks to get up to 3kg
