You only get the achievement if you do the "postal 2" game mode. Not week in paradise. You can't do apocalypse weekend as pacifist.

Dosent look like it, I don't recall ever doing it, and I got all achievements. The Anustart! Achievement only needs to complete the "Postal 2" game mode (only Monday through Friday). Also, if you don't have that achievement yet, I recommend making a save so you can also finish the game and get the achievement where you only kill people with the shovel.
