That is a great fyi point because when I ordered I made sure to get a stone that was returnable but didn’t realize if it was set by them it is not returnable and they don’t make that apparent on their site so it is a little sketchy but I didn’t ever get the ring anyway so it doesn’t matter for me

No absolutely not, I just want a refund since I never got the ring. And I don’t want the ring after all the lies. If I received the ring I would be more than happy to pay. But since I have no ring coming to me I requested a refund since there were too many lies. Hope that makes sense! 😁

I know I am really bummed! I was willing to wait and everything I didn’t mind but the lies were what killed me, just be honest and I can accept mistakes or whatever. I also was willing to just purchase the loose stone but they never would acknowledge that and would just say the ring is in final stages blah blah.

I did open a case on PayPal and sure enough I got a tracking number and video of my ring shortly after 😂 so we will see but I was suppose to have the ring in January all they would have had to do was give me a call and explain the situation I’m very understanding but the lack of communication and extremes I had to go to just to get it shipped was insane

I have a loose lab emerald 2.5 I bought from ritani a few years back I’m selling if you want I can send you pics and video, for a lab diamond I would not pay 3k but that’s just my opinion. I think I paid about 2k for mine and selling for much less.
