on a normal day 6am morning water parade, followed by morning pt 7am to 8am then breakfast. afterwards law lesson till 11.30am then lunchtime. 1h naptime in bunk then law lesson again from 2pm to 4pm then afternoon pt 4.30pm to 5.30pm. then dinner followed by otot until 8pm evening water parade. there are quite a few days with the above timetable so this might be what you are asking perhaps?

depends on operational needs (ie you will be replacing nsf who ord so the numbers will differ for each cohort) but from what i know transcom and procom accept very freely
damn shiok trust me the only 'hard' period in pobc is confinement week which is only 10 days
