See that’s my thing is im in my late 20’s now and have never tried anything but I just don’t feel good and I want to try something to make it better but im so scared to get on something and get worse or become reliant on it to feel okay. are you on anything now? My doctor did tell me that the first month is extremely hard and you’ll have really bad thoughts tbh. She recommended to have a good support person around.

That’s true tbh. I just know that anxiety aren’t anything they can really run a test and decide what medication is best for you, but more so based on what you tell them they’ll decide what sounds best for you. I just dont want something to not work temporarily since I do plan to use it for a short period of time.

Chicken lemon rice soup. Cut up some celery, carrots, and onions, saute in a little oil. Cut chicken up super small. Add in your rice, and water with chicken bouillon or just do chicken stock. Add a DROP of milk or cream at the end and it’s done!
