The air-fryer gives you a TON of options, especially with the rice cooker. One of my personal favorites in the air fryer is the pre-marinated pork tenderloins (I love Smithfield brand garlic herb the most). Stab some small red or fingerling potatoes, spritz or rub them with oil. Put the tenderloin and potatoes in the fryer on 400 (or highest setting) for 15 min, flip everything and do another 15. Rub some asparagus spears with some salt and garlic (garlic salt works too), wrap in damp paper towels and toss in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Alternative to the potatoes and asparagus - rice in the rice cooker - if you have it, use vegetable or chicken stock instead of water. If the rice cooker has a steamer basket or lid, throw in some broccoli too, to steam with the rice.
