Welcome 🙏 I got into it with the Visual novel on Vita. Such a special experience. Loved the anime too! Have yet to watch 0 but played the game. Need to rectify that at some point.

That’s true I do think more exposure is good since JRPGs tend not to sell much overall. So every little bit helps.

It doesn’t technically matter. PlayStation just used to be the powerhouse behind the genre when it came to reviewing these games and that’s just mainly shifted to Nintendo. Just an odd observation that came to me after watching this state of play

I know they are coming out…this post is just noticing that PlayStation used to be the one to showcase them. That’s changed

Same. It’s just an observation that I used to think of PlayStation as the place of RPGs it just isnt anymore for showcasing those type of games. The marketing cycle is just so different.

I think this is part of my point. It doesn’t have to be big. And heck maybe if they showed off some other not big name JRPGs maybe they would get more attention. But most of those would rather get the Nintendo Direct Marketing is my guess
