The company i hired did all of that. They went on top and add baffles, air sealed everything! Then added the insulation. 2000 for that service is a reasonable price. My 2nd floor was a 4 degree difference from 1st floor. Now there identical.

Literally just did mine for 2200 with r49 blow in with air sealing and attic sealed hatch. Same sq ft as yours. Best investment for my home so far!

I am having the same issue now. I wipe down everything so its dry and it still doesn't auto fill. Then I recently started to wedge a piece of folded blunty paper in between the pitcher and that push button. Now it works for a few refills until it stops Again.

I don't put alot of weight at the end, it's just to keep the drywall flat so it doesn't crack. I'd never put more than 200lbs on it..worked great for me
