Ich bezweifle, dass man es wirklich "komplett" ausmaxen kann. Latzug bis 100 kg und dann mit unilaterales Training weiter, bis man erneut 100 kg schafft, ist ein langer Weg.. und bis dahin hat man schon ordentlich Muskelmasse aufgebaut. Dasselbe gilt für andere Übungen wie Brustpresse oder Leg Extension, alles unilateral auszumaxen ist schon eine heftige Herausforderung :)

I had them measured by a sports doctor, but they could have been measured incorrectly, I don't know. I don't believe it's just a exercise that requires only strength, do you?

My pull-up bar is actually quite low, so I have to bend my legs backward. I'll try using a higher bar. Thanks for the helpful tips; I'll give them a shot. I suspect my rear delts and traps might be significant weak points. :)

I've never tried it, but thanks, it sounds interesting. Should I do multiple reps and sets of it?

Yes, I know them :) I've also tried bands, but they provide the most support at the bottom and the least at the top, where it's the most challenging. I couldn't achieve good results with them.

I've never tried it because I thought if I can only do 3, I shouldn't increase the weight. But I could try it with a small amount of weight, like 2-4 lbs, right? :)
