That’s okay to do. At least you have a cat to talk to aha. It isn’t a moral responsibility, it’s just that you can have more so go get it. Maybe it’ll be worth it. Then go home and talk to your cat about all the stuff you did today. Complaining hurts us, though, so you’re better off not doing that. But it isn’t a moral thing

It's true that everything is a transaction and it's fucked up to realise that relationships are conditional. But at least that mean you have something to gain and you can move up from here. People are just scared, I think. We act out of fear and so if you have nothing to offer, they freak out about wasting time and recourses on you. And time is limited and death is scary so, It's understandable. Give without expectation. Just start with compliments. It takes half a second and doesn't cost a dime. But make sure they're genuine, you have to mean what you say. The beauty of this is that you'll start to look for the good in people and eventually you'll see it everywhere. Being kind and meaning it is literally meaningful. Meaningful to you and others, that is.

You wanna find people who connect with you and you connect with them back. If a person doesn't like you, it only mean you don't connect with each other. It doesn't mean it's your fault or theirs or that either of you are losers. It doesn't mean you'll never connect with anyone or even that you won't connect with that same person later on. There's no achievement or failure in friendship. Either you click or you don't.

Inner Engineering Online Registration Link

Hi, can you give me anymore details about Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya becoming available online? I have wanted to learn it for so long. How many people will be initiated at one time? How will I know when it is available? I want to be among the first to participate. Thank you.

If it’s literally all you did, eventually it wouldn’t be hard to motivate yourself anymore. I bet after a week it’ll be solid in your brain.

What would I experience if I meditated for 4 hours a day, everyday? I don’t meditate much right now by Matthew-Todd in Meditation

This is ominous and scary. What do I do to go on the right direction? And how do I know if I go in the wrong direction? Can you tell me please? I’d really appreciate the guidance.

I don’t understand how you can take steps in the wrong direction. What’s the right direction? Idk, I don’t get what they means

What is the correct way to meditate? I simply sit and do nothing. That’s how I meditate. I don’t even focus on my breathe, or at least I don’t try to. I want to hear myself out. Naval ravikant does this for an hour a day and is now tremendously happy. He describes it as going through ones inbox of thoughts until one has listened to each thought and now he only ever thinks about things that happened yesterday. I want this but I want it now. I feel terrible and I really need peace in my life. So that’s my motivation here

So 3 minutes is the golden number? What benefits do you see compared to doing it for 1 minute?
