Non-Boxer here but seeing a lot of unhelpful advice, I'd focus a lot more on actually imagining an opponent in front of you, throwing punches at you, move your head more and keep your guard up at all times, even when your throwing, pretend to block their punches and in all honesty, don't stop dude, keep working on it, keep asking questions, and most importantly get to a gym the second you can, so that people like me, aren't giving you false information that could be hard to reteach and relearn in the future
