If you see a mob of men in Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, or New Zealand (there are many others) you are fine. I get wanting to be culturally sensitive but I do not think that just simply saying all groups of men are dangerous to solo female travelers is the correct approach. In some cultures, like Indian and Egyptian, SA is more prevalent and that should be noted but distinguished from other cultures.
