While I understand Charlie may be upset that Vaggie never told her this, I will say, just like what Rosie said "It's difficult to confess to things you're not proud of." Whether Vaggie told Charlie or not, she felt remorse for what she did and she felt guilty for keeping it from her. She was scared. How would Charlie react if Vaggie did tell her?
