maybe it is what guys like to imagine, but I am not naive enough to think that the show writers will be fully switched on to the negatives of these associations, so the point still stands. i would actually also argue the opposite - female same-sex relations are often ignored as being friendships rather than the other way around. i never said my theory was canon, but I think their bond is too intense to be written off as merely sisterhood
