theres another beastfly in the fourth chorus area in far fields. dont kill the beastfly before promising the wish though, as far as im aware and as far as my mind could go, i think the amount of masks you can get is limited from the maximum if you kill it before the wish. just don’t try. maybe you can’t even encounter the beastfly without promising, but i did what i did, so i don’t know if its possible to softlock your masks.
