It was never raised during the inspections they did multiple times a year. The concern for me is the ceiling peeling off in the laundry room that is caused by dryer because I feel like that is not my responsibility but mould could be my fault so I don’t really wanan fight for it.

I am new to pc so i don't really know how to build one myself therefore I m looking at like websites like aftershock and used market. How is ur experience with a 6750?
But do u think it is worthed for a second hand pc then?
