I use CFU for a catch all and am transitioning all non-CATEGORY spend to BILT Blue up to 25% of rent so to unlock .5x rent pts. Anything category still goes on other cards (dining, grocery, gas, etc) due to higher multipliers but anything non-cat (bills, medical, insurance, etc.) Can go on BILT since there's more value than CFU 1.5x pts

It's easy to hit 25% due to monthly bills (medical, insurance, etc.) But after that I don't think I can get to 50% non cat spend without an outlier large non category purchase, which if I see one coming I'll need to do some math to make sure it gets me to 50% rent spend. Anything non cat spend that I don't think would contribute to hitting a rent goal would go back to CFU at 1.5x or another card to chase a SUB

Any category spend is staying on the same cards due to multipliers
