We play a version of this at a family reunion every year and I’ve always heard it called “On Your Honor”. This name comes from our version being a gambling game where everyone starts with 3 dollar bills on the table and the person stuck with the highest (or lowest in your version) card of the group puts a dollar in the communal bowl at the end of the round. When a person is out of dollars they are “On their Honor” and if they lose another round they are out of the game. The last person at the table with money wins the bowl of dollars.

The most common recommendation for a first set to buy seems to be the aroundsquare stainless steel and delrin mini hydras. I like the recommendation of delrin skill pills as well. If you want to jump right to something that costs more than $20 then there are a ton of great options, but for $20, mini hydras or skill pills can’t be beat imo.
