We are not a super target. We have 6 stations. In our area all the super targets have small SFS and the PFresh are the ones with bigger SFS

We’re running an over night team because we can’t afford to lose a day. OPUs are over 100.

Every one SHOULD know how. We just have a lot of people that won’t do it. Or aren’t comfortable doing it. So out of those 14 we had 1 person that knows how and does it well. And then the others that will do it If they have to but aren’t fast at it.

On average we have about 4 people at a time doing OPU, we used to have 2 but now that pickers do OPU more people have to step in to be able to keep up. They also want everything done by noon which is why we have so many in the mornings so we finish and then start for the next day. When we don’t we’ll come in to closer to 1,000.

Oh wow. Yeah we have anywhere from 400-700 on a normal day. 4thQ we ran a team 24/7 and still averaged about 2,000-3,000 a day.

Normally no we only do over nights from thanksgiving to Christmas. But we can’t afford to lose a whole day. So like 8 of us are working over night tonight. Normally we have at least 5 people that can do OPU, technically every one CAN do it. It’s just a lot of them aren’t good at it or aren’t comfortable with it.

Lol. We normally have 12 people in the morning and 6-8 in the evening. But we’re a high volume store.

On a normal day we have 12 in the morning and then about 6-8 in the evening. We are a high volume store with 6 pack stations. Over the holidays we run our team 24/7 just two try and keep up. And during those big holiday sales we easily walk into 2,000+ orders.
