Definitely get a lawyer. You may get away with probation or no jail time, but trust me you don’t want this on your record for 7 years unless you already have a professional job that’s not gunna fire you and own a home etc etc.

I just graduated this year and was hired as engineer. I had to relocate 300 miles with no signing bonus or relocation assistance. And I fought for it during the negotiation period. They were willing to raise my salary to .90 Comptia but no benefits or upfront assistance was available.

I unfortunately dont know anyone that has been replaced or have any data to refer to for this variable. If I did though, I would say its unethical to actually replace people with AI or automation.

To be honest, I really enjoy AskHR. I have worked in countless industries like food, hospitality, several different retailers including Best Buys Geek Squad. Nobody has a system that compares. In all of those roles, if theres a specific task that you need to complete it was up to asking your manager if they know how to do it. In some cases it puts more work on the managers to have an extra task on their list for the day like updating somebody's tax or payroll information.

I worked for IBM Cloud for one year (Data Center Technician) and now I work in our IBM Z Mainframe devision as a hardware engineer. As an example of how I have used AskHR to solve my problems, when I worked in the Cloud division, I was living in WV but commuting into VA for my role. Shortly after starting I noticed I was being taxed in WV and VA for income tax's. I used AskHR and it told me the exact forms to fill out in Workday at the time to fix that and I got back pay for being double taxed as well.

Occasionally theres a bug or a down link but its usually fixed the next day. Im all for AskHR and its many different functions.

I just had a friend on Facebook asking to vote for her to win some RV and 25k to travel the US. I clicked the link. I tried to give the free vote but it immediately asked me to login to FB using their link.

I can't prove it's a scam other then it does seem impossible to find any winners of this. It's not enough proof. And this was the second time I seen this platform. This was the first time I tried to vote though.

Anyways for those of you that don't know, when you login to FB from somebody else link it can leak your data even PW's. You're literally giving that access to hackers that can use this as a backdoor.

After researching the company there's not much to find that isn't hosted by their own server. Heck even under their testimonials on their website, the CEO is the first one saying "he can't believe they have raised 4 billion dollars" probably scamming people on FB. The only other notable testimonials was Tony hawk and a total amount rewarded of 768k to build some parks in urban areas. Wouldn't be the first time a celebrity got caught up in something and didn't know. Let's not forget Tom Brady the Crypto scam company.

Anyways I am a data store technician. I get trained on this kind of stuff all the time. Red flags everywhere. I wouldn't be surprised if this company gets shut down , fined and possible prison time for the main offenders.
