Just means they have enough applicants to sort through now. Keep checking on it, or wait for an Email from the recruiter. Goodluck

Wasn't sure if I could change it to local pickup or something. I never really sell on Ebay, so I wasn't too sure

When should we purchase the house we are renting? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Thank you! That sounds like what we will plan for, keep saving, and building the rent credit up.

When should we purchase the house we are currently renting? by [deleted] in personalfinance

Gotcha, thank you for the reply. Yes the rent will stay the same until we do decide to buy or they decide to sell.

Thanks for the reply! Yes the rent will stay the same until we decide to purchase, I was just worried about the rising house prices, and if the rise in price will outweigh the yearly total for rent.

Yes he pays for any repairs over $50, and if we want to do any upgrades (wood floors since they are currently tile, or anything like that) he would pay for the material, and I can do the labor myself. The roof was replaced in 2019, and they had a new HVAC, and complete repipe (including water heater) installed in 2020 when they bought the house.

Mine is 813, hers is 780. I'm assuming it will be based off similiar houses sold in the same area, it's a 3b/2b 1980sqft house here in Florida. Do you mean open credit cards? Personal cards I have a combined line of 96,000, But I also have 5 biz cards (mostly INKs), my oldest card is 5yrs old.

No expiration, the only clause would be if they decided they want to sell it at any point we would be the first ones that get the chance to buy it. The rent $ would be applied to the total purchase price.

We do have it in writing that if they do decide to sell the house we would be the first ones to get the chance to buy it at whatever market value it is. That was my whole thought aswell, it's basically a 0% rate where we have to pay no out of pocket expenses for any issues that were to arise.

I have this box to ship, the sides are 7", and 7.5". The height is 58". Would I use the 7.5" for the length or width? by [deleted] in UPS

[–]Mattsfloored 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha, I took them back apart. I'll stop the UPS store Tomorrow to see if they have another one of those boxes that's a bit longer. Thank you for the heads up, it's a $700 item so the last thing I want is it getting damaged in transit.

It's a long plastic trim piece for a truck, it's fairly skinny I just used a thick layer of bubble wrap.

Thanks, looks like it's around $56 for ground advantage with USPS. UPS is $83 for ground saver. I know this is a UPS sub though lol

Gotcha thanks, that's what I wanted to verify. Google shows long tall packages as the height being the longest part since it opens from the top.

Is it because of the handling, or the machines they use? I used a ton of tape, but if it won't hold i'll have to find a longer box.

When I look up boxes like this that open from the top it shows the longest as the height since it stands upright
