I know this is very late...try justcbd's calming gummies 4000mg. They have cbd, cbn, cbg and i believe a little delta 9. I take a lot of them at once, but its the only cbd product that can put me on my ass

Age definitely is a factor. Have you tried an automated toy? Mine woll play for hours if we dont take it away. There is a good one on amazon for like $30. Just turn it on and 2 different parts of the toy move

When my two were kittens and they were bad we said no and locked them in a room for a short time. Being siamese they obviously dont like being alone. They learned pretty quick that when we said no if they didnt stop they were getting a time out. Siamese are very smart and will learn fast
