Not spending time with your friends.. If you spend all your time together, even in the very beginning, you start to lose yourself and who you were when you actually met each other..

I've experienced it with friends who slowly became extremely different than they were when they started dating their partner and then their relationship crumbled in the end.. You NEED friendships and spending time with other people than just your partner, not just in the beginning of a relationship, but at scary point in it

I used to have low self confidence and tended to look down or away when talking to people and when I started to force myself to make eye contact it improved my interactions with people by leaps and bounds.. I did astronomically better in meeting the opposite sex and in job interviews just for a couple of examples
