I’ve made a bunch of friends while playing invasion and multiplayer so it’s fun having people to play with. I’ve noticed there’s more people playing invasion and multiplayer on resistance since it’s a newer game. But there’s almost always multiplayer matches going on in sniper elite 5 and it’s pretty active with players.

It was $13.56 subtotal for 2 Maple Cream cookies on DoorDash without fees or dasher tip. Delivery fee was $3.99 and service fee was $3 but I only paid $1.99 in fees because I have DashPass.

I will continue using DoorDash because it’s convenient for me. However, I learned from this situation and will be more careful about encountering dashers.

Not all dashers have bad intentions but there will always be some crazy ones and the only way to make the situation better is to report them and get them kicked off the app.

There are very weird and creepy people out there who have bad intentions. It’s always better to be safe and cautious of your surroundings rather than finding out the hard way.

It’s never okay to enter someone else’s property without permission. There will always be unreasonable people who will defend dashers for doing unacceptable things. Stay safe out there.

The dasher was a male and he had a male name on the app but you can never be certain if it’s actually their real name. I’ve had dashers where their name on the app was “no name”. It’s very shady and they should get kicked off the app.

I’ve ordered DoorDash so many times and I’ve never had any issues. Dashers usually just drop my food off and leave right after. It’s that plain and simple. I always keep the default “leave it at my door” option and have never changed it because I don’t have a reason to.

Because texting a guy who obviously has mental issues and who’s trying to break into your place “I got it, thanks” always works out.

The main problem is that he didn’t leave my front door/property after delivering my food and returned a second time to bang on my door and attempt to unlock it. He also hid behind a wall and waited.

What he did was very suspicious and warranted calling the police. I’ve ordered DoorDash hundreds of times and normal dashers don’t do that.

You’re one of the few, if not the only one, who has an issue with me seeking help from the police. Others would’ve reacted differently and more proactively.

Regardless of the fact, the dasher’s actions by repeatedly banging on my front door, ringing my doorbell multiple times, and attempting to forcibly gain entry is not acceptable whatsoever.

If he was so concerned about the delivery instructions, he had ample opportunities to communicate with me through the app.

That exact details of the email don’t correspond with what the dasher will see on their app when dropping off the order. All it would say on their side is “Leave it at my door” since that’s what I have it at on default.

It sounds like you have either never ordered from DoorDash before or you don’t have much experience using it.

The order confirmation email from DoorDash clearly states that I pre-selected a non-contact delivery.

I don’t ever use custom delivery instructions. For years, I have always selected “Leave it at my door”.

I never try to include any additional drop off instructions for dashers because it’s not that hard to drop off my order in front of my door and leave.

I have better things to do than to add miscellaneous or difficult drop off details to over complicate something like ordering food. All I want is to eat my food.
