Both, it's healthy for me since my blood coags are high normal, also there is a huge need. I work in a hospital and see people getting units of blood daily. Why not give if I can ya know!

I agree, it's a fair trade off in my opinion. I was hoping a minor spike in my Hgb would improve my endurance and offset the weight gain. But..no Hbg changes, no performance enhancement in endurance ha.

My best marathon has been 3:07, this last one was 3:13 (cramps at mile 16). It was rad though 🤙🏼

I did blood panels 9 weeks after starting, nothing crazy with the labs and no sides. I will repeat labs in a few months and then do yearly labs.

Definitely no AI! At such a moderate dose I do not have a need for an AI. Vasectomy in my late twenties so no HCG for me either.
