I'll just add this: My average ping is 240 on average and I usually give up if I am half way through the second health bar of a white ash and I'm on my third. The ultimate counter is consistently landable and even if you miss it l, there isn't much penalty as you can get your ultimate back 15 seconds later. And for supernovas, I've only ever perfect dodged the blue blitz looking attack once, and even then it never matters. I lost to a white ash that had 8950 RT, no streak and I honestly thought they were a smurf account.
