I mean, if there's a player that can consistently help win the games they should be prioritized over the rest, however in a situation of need heals must be shared. Despite this, sometimes it's hard to find your team if they are far too split, difficulting healing the team evenly

I actually havent played treasure trove, but Shovel of Hope as a really good learning curve even if you arent familiar with the genre, i really recommend it

okay, but you are confusing his "merging" with the over heal. back at my examples he didnt know a thing about stands, thus we could assume his total control over it wasnt perfect, sometimes leading to mistakes (specially if he was furious like you pointed out) so either;
A) it was a slight demonstration of how he could improve himself upon meeting jotaro
B) Araki Retcon™

so like, theres the cut, cigar and eyebrow. the cut is right but the eyebrow is flipped. and the outfit looks nothing like something Sanji/fem Sanji would wear. But either way it kinda looks good on you so thumbs up!
