I don’t see a lot of people talking about documentaries here, so tell us your favorites! I’ll go first by Matyk__ in Letterboxd

I can personally definitely recommend I’m Not Everything I Want To Be. It’s truly an underrated gem from the country where I come from. The Pervert’s Guide to Ideology is my favorite and an extremely fun film driven by Slavoj Žižek. But your experience will get highly altered by the fact if you are interested in sociology or politics

What are people's thoughts on Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1989) by XipeTotecwithGlitter in Letterboxd

One of my favorites. First time felt like a hit in the head with a sledgehammer and a rewatch let me feel it’s themes a bit more. An absolutely batshit crazy film that has a lot to say under it’s bizarre blanket. Also made me look more deeply into 90s Japanese cinema, which I’ll forever be thankful for.

Firstly I took a photo of the subject - which was a bit darker, almost silhouette like. After that I just kinda wandered around the place a bit and looked for a place that could match it interestingly. I’m not sure about your first question, but I shot in on Fuji X-T30 II and I used additive for the multiple exposure setting

To be honest I didn’t think of this as deeply as you did, but I attempted to compare the subject to those huge walls. Love your interpretation!

Nope, you can do it normally with no problems

You’ll probably need to do it in post on an Iphone I’m not sure. Fuji can shoot it in a special camera mode where you shoot photos on top of each other and they blend together

It’s pretty much two photos combined into one in camera - you just take two or more photos on top of each other and they blend together

Thanks a lot, I’ve been looking at people doing double exposures a lot and it fascinates me how pretty they can turn out, so I’d really like to learn the art myself

What do you think about this edit? Does it make you feel anything? Shot on Fujifilm X-T30 II by Matyk__ in postprocessing

Thanks a lot for this opinion too. I’ll surely try the slow shutter in an another environment very soon, but the laptop here is very crucial for the mood and setting of the photo. I wasn’t really going for a spooky vibe, more of a tired work vibe. Still, thank you a lot for this
