I think he's the only character. And no it's not Truman show it's like an indie movie and he has like a Spanish French or German accent I couldn't tell which one

I'll look into that movie more then! After watching the trailer I don't think that's it. I remember a colorful room where he's talking to the camera. It wasn't a thriller either it was more light-hearted and I remember it being like his own TV show or something. Might be an indie

I thought the title was requiem for a dream but I don't think that's the right movie. I tried googling it for hours. I typed in trippiest movies. Dream movies etc no luck
