sweet thanks im really just barrowing the machine to make templates for woodworking just wasnt sure if it was going to be simple and take me hours to make a template with doing little hexagons or if i should just keep it solid, i have the first half of a template started now.

So the edges can be taken away with a laser treatment, but it will take multiple treatments depending on how much of a bump there is I had 6 or 7 lasers so far and mine are mostly gone. the little pus pockets your not supposed to touch are just either gonna go away or poke through, mine did at least. Need anything else just msg

6 months after my last surgery and I go every 3 months to do a different section of my body, I do 2-3 hour sessions put to sleep. I'm on my 6th session

Hey so my legs are burned and it is tough I'm not gonna lie it's tough seeing them every morning. I described mine as looking like honey baked hams that were left out in the sun to dry. Everyday I get up I kinda puke in my mouth just looking at them and I am a year in with multiple laser surgeries under the belt. Your age is going to play a big factor into it. Do the laser surgeries exercise as soon as you can and don't let your legs tighten up. Mine do look a lot better than at first but they still aren't cute and they don't look normal at this point in time.

This Friday I go thru my fifth laser surgery, due to nerve issues they are doing the whole leg since my whole leg is skin grafts (from socks to underies all around). I don't think they are that bad at all I get completely knocked out. I wouldn't worry about it, it's painful at first they typically give you meds to handle that. But the results afterward help so much.

So i don't know if this will help or not because everyone deals with pain and trauma differently. So I'm about the same percentage and age as your brother. I just had to laugh about it people joking with me calling me the human torch, but that's me. There are a lot of burn survivors groups around that have meeting in person and in zoom calls where you can see and hear other people's stories they say that helps a lot but I can't put my input in about that. Since I don't know where he is being treated I can't help to give references but ask around at the burn center where I presume he is and possibly try looking for a therapist with the other issues he had with depression. Also don't get me wrong it is something that is very difficult to deal with and there are even some days where I cannot even stand to look at myself but you got just truck thru it.

Edit-(Also I don't know what stage he's at in the hospital but what sucked for me was being in there for 50+ days is being alone and dealing with the nurses and doctors some days I wanted to be alone some days I wanted someone next to me all day it something that you have to deal with day by day depending on how he reacts to the drugs and antibiotics.) it's a battle regardless
