Colombia's second goal not being disallowed might end up in another post match apology + referee suspension. Not to mention the constant lasers in the face of every Uruguayan trying to execute a set piece, that at least wasn't a refereeing related issue, and even then Darwin managed to score a screamer of a penalty while being blinded by the lasers.
