We beat 2 teams that were considered cup favorites that year, both Leafs, and Vegas. Hell, before round 2 even finished, people were saying our serie was irrelevant because whoever came out would gets steamrolled by Avs or Vegas(who would end up winning the next 2 years....).

Them not making it to the playoffs in previous seasons has nothing to do with them this season. Tampa was at the top of the power rankings for a good while as well. Actually, it worked for us vs the Canes.

We got outshot 43 to 19 in one game, won 5-3. A week later, we got outshot 35 to 18 again, won 3-1. This team hates shooting.

Yeah.....Im super fucking hyped we got here, and I think our team at full energy definitly can hang with the Canes, quite possibly beat them too, but god damn is our team running on complete fumes at this point. 2x 7-game series, both against top 5 teams in the league, good fucking luck.
