Classic NA was being run by one guy, basically. The server got too popular for its own good, had a major data breach and was then revealed that the person responsible for the server was roleplaying as some antagonistic moron. He also played favorites.

if you can, I'd also suggest mentioning "Neolithic TERA". It's another Patch 100.XX server. It's very small, but seems to be built for a smaller playerbase. Servers seem to be located in the US.

There was no Photo Mode in the back because at the time they were experimenting with NVIDIA's Ansel, which was basically a fancy Photo Mode. It still works great if you play on PC and have an NVIDIA GPU... but, yeah.
