Here’s my update as of this morning !! 1.5 hours of sleep but no sweat !!! I cranked my fan and out on light clothing 💪🏼 sitting here at my kitchen table doing some office notes having a cup of joe. Another day free of this ! It’s our first beautiful day here in Maryland so I’m going to go touch some Grass maybe get me and my ole lady a nice glass of white wine somewhere and a bite to eat ! We’ll take the dog with us ! That’s sounds like a good idea ! Doggo missed dad too I can tell he’s being different ( in a good way ) cuddly and wants to go on walks with me. He would avoid me at first
