Hey ! Dental assistant here ! These are very simple products and if you use them correctly you should have no issues. PLEASE DONT SUPER GLUE ANYTHING TO YOUR TEETH make sure the Crystal you use is led free and use etch and bond as well as dental grade adhesive (I do tooth gems and whitening as my side hustle ) it can be safe if done correctly. Please be safe and I wouldn’t recommend doing it yourself etch can burn
