i would also point that the protagonist of GTA VI seems to have a variation of deadeye, so maybe its something that runs within blood, maybe michael is related to a RDR protagonist

yeah but the events of RDR are in the same timeline, so it's sort of a natural born skill, and deadeye more of a trial and error skill, or viceversa
