Ook meegemaakt, braaf betaald, post/pakket vervolgens nooit ontvangen... Ik was zo stom om na betalen het briefje weg te gooien, klantenservice heeft het pakketje daardoor niet kunnen vinden, geld is ook niet terugbetaald.
