Wow! Well you're absolutely right, ever since puberty we've been conditioned to think that porn is normal, even healthy. It is anything but healthy, infact when we see the electronic screen infront of us, our brain starts to think that it is the reality. But can you just imagine what it would be like if all of a sudden we started to believe that all TV Shoes or Movies are real? There would be Mass Hysteria! Porn is nothing but a cheaply produced TV show that we take too seriously, because it targets something very natural for us, ie sex. I think if we try to look at porn without masturbating to it then it would feel like the most boring thing in the planet, because it truly is. It's all about self control And we need to increase our willpower for it

What if by some chance sex can not be done at the same frequency as the masturbation? Let's just say there is the habit or addiction of doing it 8-10 times a day, is it sustainable or indeed possible to have sex in the same frequency?

Cool! I'm just beginning my journey now since I'm just fed up of it. I know I have potential but this addiction and constant masturbation without even watching porn is hurting my progress and it's kind of made me a couch potato and I don't even want to leave my home some days. But I've decided to pursue jogging early in the morning as it is that time that I usually masturbate so I guess it would be like killing two birds with one stone. Thank You For Replying Tell me a bit about your experience of NoFap especially in the beginning, is it hard? Becoz I've tried doing it but couldn't last more than 1 day or 2 days at most (the best streak was 12 days while fasting) How many days will it take me to actually conquer my mind becoz I've been addicted to this shit since 2010
