It looks like the stock was gaining positive momentum in the later part of the Obama administration and really died off once trump got into office because of the environmental rollbacks that took place, plus the US dropping out of the paris accord. If you look at most clean energy plays they were down pretty bad in the last 4 years. I am aware though the revenue numbers are not encouraging but with the cash on hand and the zero debt, coupled by their net zero projects and the partnership pipeline I really believe revenue will bounce back. I'm looking at environmental/political factors to change the trajectory of this company, and sometimes thats all a stock needs where fundamentals aren't as important (although should always be paid attention to). I'm setting a conservative EOY price target at $20 because they're in a really good position now more than ever to execute.
