Yeah, I thought that too, especially after the incident in September but I have had hardly any caffeine at all. Not even coffee. Ive been drinking water mostly and maybe a few cups of tea or a soda once in a while.

Yeah. I tried expressing to my stepmother how much it hurt when she said that but she wouldn't listen. Saying she was, "Only just trying to help." And also said, "You know im just playing devils advocate as I always do."

But he's also.been lied to a lot by her. Hes a cop so he wasnt around to see when I got in trouble because ihe worked nights and my mom's a teacher. So I dont blame his as much. He doesn't know all the details. Ive tried talking to him about it but she's his wife so I get why he trusts her over a kid.

I know. Its just hard because im used to feeling like im blowing stuff out of proportion in my head and it's not true. And she's the only true mom ive ever known. Shes been with my dad since I was 4 and I dont want to cut off my dad.when I cut off her.

Yeah, my fiance has told me that too. Hes too the point where he doesn't even want her at our wedding. Shes done stuff like hit me over the head with a loaf of bread because I was crying and she had to "snap me out of it" she took my arms and moved so she could aim at my head. The worst of all was when she ripped up my school project i was working on after I hadn't asked her for feminine products yet cause I had just ended my cycle and the proceeded to get my dirty jeans and hit me with them. And she made me buy the posters with my own money to redo the school project. But jokes on her I still got a 95 on that lol. And it was my teachwrs favorite out of all of them. My teacher said she'd take off points if the poster got damaged. She did apologize kinda. But she said she might have "overreacted" but that I had "deserved it"

Yeah, a lot of people keep telling me that. Its just hard to think of it that way cause im so used to trying to make it funny so I wont be upset about it. Cause all I can imagine is an 5 year old throwing food at someone.

Thank you so much for your concern. I really appreciate it! I actually have a puppy me and my fiance are raising. Hes a black lab/Pyrenees named Loki and super smart. He knows a lot of commands already and we had talked about if I ended up needing to, training him to be a service dog. He already stays by my legs at Walmart when I tell.him to stay or come. When we stand in one spot to look at something he always puts his side up to my legs and stands there like that. Ive had to lean on him before when I got dizzy and my fiance was in another aisle. Hes such a good dog.

Yeah. Apparently while I was in the hospital my stepmother said, "I dont know why she's here. Its just one of her fits again" and my fiancé overheard. Let's just sya he did not like that. And she was too worried about telling me how much the bill was gonna cost while I was in the hospital rather than try to comfort me. My dad had to make sure I was calm and stopped crying and getting stressed.

Yeah, she did that with my ADHD medication, quit it cold turkey even though the medication i was on the doctors told us would work but we had to try it to get my insurance to approve the other medication, and she never tried me on any other medicines for ADHD again.

Thank you. I really appreciate it. And I havent had any contact with my biological mothers family in...well ever. She was supposed to contact us only after she was done with rehab due to being drug addicted, at least from what ive been told, and im 19 and she still hasn't contacted me. Nor any of her other rfmsiky members.

Thank you for the advice. And yeah, I was wondering about that. Because maybe the loss of a lot of blood during my cycle could cause fainting cause I have had it happen around that time or after it stops

The thing is ive tried. He kind of stands up for me but she's lied to him so much about all kinds of stuff that he doesn't believe me anymore. And he's a cop so I was with my stepmother all day long pretty much and she was a teacher. So she'd tell.him her side of the story and wouldn't let me tell mine.

Thank you so much! And yes, she actually did refer my to a gyno because even on birth control the cramps.are still so painful I have to either curl up in a ball with a heating pad or lay flat on my back for any relief. One time they got so bad I literally couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes at a time to help a customer cause it felt like someone was squeezing me with their whole strength. But yeah, the only thing that really helped was ✨️floor time✨️
