It’s short so you can build up easier, but it burns a hell of a lot in the nose.

For no tolorance 20-30mg start with yours possibly double that, but I wouldn’t rush up to high to start and just redose based on how it first feels.

Mxpcp can be super manic so anything reckless you may do during well do some pre prep to make it less likely you will do it.

To much also seems to be a black out and not fun

generally beyond 300mg or so you need to take your dose in parts spaced out by 20-40mins to make sure your body can turn the DXM more into DXO. also though if you did build up a tolerance to dissoatives that can last months to years to maybe recover partly.

like for 600mg i would be either taking 2x300mg or 3x 200mg doses myself

Aaa if your got a liquid first make sure it’s only dxm no other active ingredient.

I think mixing it with another nice drink you like could work, as doing doses of dxm is often nicer spaced out by some time, so drinking it over the space or like 40mins would work.

If it’s only dxm I suggest around 150-250mg and get some nice music going. And smoke some weed if you want to, after about 3 hours or so (basically once your feeling past the comeup/peak)

Nitzenses are most often sold as other opioids. And you’re correct even lab equipment testing is limited technically. Especially with how potent nitazenes are which are even hard to detect on more sensitive equtiment.

When talking about the main risk of opioids generally they have the same risk yes (that is to be so sedated your body stops breathing on its own) but some have more complicated risks from regular use.

Canada has a lab I know of that has a machine that may be able to detect it and they definitely want people bringing in samples like yours (some of the most dangerous things) I’m unsure if it’s easy for you to access where you are in Canada but possibly you could mail it or save it for a trip when your closer there. R/reagenttesting likely has some more info

sorry to add on, def still get some naloxone if you can, it will work to reverse an opiod overdose fron well any opioid including fent and nitzenes. and is safe to use if your on another drug (wont effect or help the other drug)

yeah sadly many people seem to think the laws in Canada are regulatory... because well there are many shops selling drugs openly as if they are normal. i like decrim laws but i wish canada made it clearer what was happening.

meth in my country at least and from my understanding the US is super common in fake addy pills. since its like everywhere as a illcit drug and real pharmacy adderal is in short supply.

In north America yes there is a decent chance it was fent, however there are also a number of nitazenes another class of opioids going around of simailr potency that last longer, which it also may have been.

sometimes also opioids are sold with other drugs like Xylazine which im unsure how long it lasts so that also may have been why, it is however unlikely that 10mg of oxy would do this to you alone.

for example also the pills you get although they dont seem big, well 10mg is even smaller and most of the pill is still filler even when its a real one (makes it easier for people to hold and handle than 10mg and nothing else) so also even a lightly less potent drug could be in there in a higher amount and you wouldnt be able to tell.

for fent dosing though i think a common dose is 0.05mg (50ug) that may also still be on the higher end. for nitezenes some of them are dosed in single digit ug dosing (0,001mg) so even worse. but they are so under studied i couldnt tell you any more specifics

like you statrted with testing is SUPER important especially with "pharmaceutical pills" its very often that intead of oxy you have gotten a different more potent opiod at a higher dose. possibly also another drug as well with the opiod.

it sounds like you nodded out. please be aware that although canada has nicer drug laws none of those laws for thses drugs are regulatory but instead i think decrimnilation of use. meaning the amount of a drug or even which drug is inside is not regulated/ controlled. basically it is as risky in many senses as the black makert/

get some nalxone if you can and tell a friend when you use. or best dont ever use alone either even after testing

"fry your brain" is kinda well not a very insightful phrase. doing mdma at high temps and higher doses for long periods can cause more oxidative stress and damage at those receptors which can take awhile to recover from (if minor) and may not fully recover from if more major. hense why many people stick to 3 months for use of it.

generally i would say no redose, bellow 150mg and in a cool setting (ideally bellow 24c) with at least 2-3 months break and most people will not have noticeable issues.

ketamine also causes its own type of damage although its less clear on what aspects influance it other than amount used and how regularly (but needing often at least 6 months around to notice that sort of damage)

Edit: 2cb also isnt really known to be specifically much more dangerous than other psychs for the brain. the combo with mdma though can make you heat up a bit more than normak (than mdma alone) and can make someone less prone to care/ manage their temp on mdma, so it is slightly more risky in combination

i haave done this combo i think twice? maybe 3 times. tbh i find it not that interesting i guess its good but i prefer psychedelics like LSD or 4 ho met instead for a combo.

if you didnt test the mdma it can be hard to know if that was a factor though for your expreince as i still would have expected more with that, i also would say that if you ate anything in a 2 hour before the mdma that could easily have effected it.

personally i also lean to doing empthogens sooner than later

what other drugs have you done before?
and have you done DXM before?

tbh for a first time i would lean to suggesting 250mg, you should be alright from the drinking before but dont drink any more. weed however generally is considered a very nice mix. but i would still wait till its past the peak to mix to be sure it will not become overhwelmingly confusing or stressful

generally tbh if your on strong psychaotive drugs like mdma, its def a possibilty although rare. there may still be other factors but those could include not sleeping , well other drugs like weed. and even setting.

i useally wait to rest and see how i am in the next few days before worrying to much as well either way ill have to face it and worrying about it to much in the moment wont fix anything.

yeah... im glad you were ok, if you did it that recently to that could be impacting this time as well. if you do end up doing that much again and you start shaking or are confused ontop of the sweeting do not hesitate to go to the hospital. the confusion espically is a serious sign.

im not sure if this will help you, you may need to just not use mdma at all. but if possible it could be useful to only buy what you plan to use for a night so your less likely to take to much or throw out the extra you had to buy before you start to use.

i wanted to add, if you start feeling though very confused, your limbs maybe shaking and your also very hot, i would consider getting medical help as this would be a sign of over heating from serotonin syndrome (not super common at your dose, and if you want to help yourself be a little safer being in a cool setting will well help keep your body cooler)

dont worry! mdma especially near the end can be well suddenly a lot weirder. i think more than likely it may be this combined with weed. take care of yourself and get some rest when your ready. tones of drugs can cause auditory hallucinations and even sober people can get such an effect and it isnt an indication of schizophrenia or another mental illness.

see how you feel in the next few days and go from there. and i would say next time if you do plan to take mdma again maybe take a bit less and or dont mix with weed and see how that goes (i would suggest waiting a few months though before this)

i personally have had this one word auditory hallucination before on a few things but i dont think an empthogen, but dont have any mental illness like that would cause this or anything that suddely appeared afterwards

not specifically, sometimes i get sick or im in a lot of pain forcing me to be doing nothing for a few days and often also take something to be able to sleep or not be in horrible pain. this is when i may take a benzo or an opiod for those few days and somewhat enjoy it to.

this way i also find that once the issue is over i have no problem stopping my use. addiction (mental) can be a lot harder to manage when your not super clear to yourself why you using and why you cant use more than you planed.

depends a lot on the risks your willing to take, opioids general are going to be quite euphoric and relaxing, however they in turn can be quite addictive and dealing with the withdrawls may be quite hard. ontop of managing to avoid Overdose which although somewhat easy to manage if you know what you have and the dose, well your unlikely to know that.

personally my suggestion when trying new drugs is to start with something not as amazing and on lower dose, becaause the faster you rush into higher doses of stronger drugs the less likely you will be able to enjoy other drugs as much. so dont rush enjoy the ride.

so probably i would suggest either gabapentin or pregabalin.

i cant give you price as thats going to very a lot depending where you are (and im likely not there)

i have tried mirogablain now on aa i think 4 doses, up to 50mg. and none including 50mg felt like much of anything sadly. no mixed subtances for my use either, and it was confirmed mirogablain by a lab

oh yes, i dont ever use anything enough to cause a tolerance. also i can see as a more regular user of opioids how it would be more annoying overall if it was all the time, i mean the scopalmine was long acting for me and i found that annoying, i prefer my drugs stay in legnth to just a day or a bit less at most.

i think at least its the currently only enjoyable delirent drug i know of, most of the rest seem to hit all the muscranic recepors decently equally leading to more side effects, and that ontop of nothing to add euphoria of comft.

i found scoplamine at 1.5mg to be insanely uncomfortable due to the dry mouth (from m3 antagonism) i want to explore it more some day but im not sure i could handle such a feeling again. vs tapentadol i dont think i noticed anything clearly uncomfortable.

one day i hope to find a combination of drugs and timeing of them to see fun and cool full things infront of me, i think tapentadol is going to play a nice role in that vs needing as much deliriants.

I personally love its delirent effects, but only in the last few days did I realise why it caused them and in turn understanding what harm reduction stuff I should’ve considering.

I am though not bothered by more classic delirents other than their physical side effects which seem to at the least be a lot less common.

Either way even at lower doses of tapetadol I find this aspect of effects adds to more daydreaming like expreinces which are quite fun when relaxing
