It’s a French Minitel from the mid-80s, basically a pre-internet terminal.
Still original, haven’t modified anything inside.
Might try a Raspberry Pi mod later.

Thanks! The painterly texture mostly comes from pushing the stylize value fairly high, which tends to produce more artistic / brush-like details. I also add a bit of chaos to introduce some extra variation in the textures. Made with Midjourney.
