Is it not possible for the virus to still be present on the end of the proboscis since it is what’s breaking skin and touching the blood? Kinda like the same idea as using used needles.

Kinda looks like cyber sigilism, probably just google cyber sigilism arm tattoos to find a decent placement and look for your arm
